Run Circle Lay-Ups at the start of practice to build your players' footwork and finishing habits at the rim. You keep the ball moving with one pass and then attack, so the emphasis is on catching in stride and converting the lay-up cleanly. It is a conditioning-friendly drill that warms up both passers and finishers at the same time.
