Low Post Spot Ups - Slide establishes your spacing by having the defender screen near the lane to free up positioning on the block. This is a positioning play — you are setting the table for a post entry by clearing traffic and defining where your big lands. Use it as the foundation before calling any of the other spot-up post entries.
