The Fifth Pass - Option 1 — frame 1: 4 screens near the left low post; 3 cuts to the left low post; 2 cuts to the right wing; 5 cuts to the free-throw line; 1 passes to 5; 1 cuts to the right low post; 4 passes to 5; 5 passes to 1

Run this option when you want a high-low look with your five at the free-throw line as the hub. Your four screens the left block, three cuts off it, and after the ball enters to five you get a quick feed back to one or a drop to the low post. It punishes a defense that sinks into the lane and ignores the elbow pass.
