Call Double PNR when you want to overwhelm the top of the defense with two consecutive ball screens. You use 5 and 4 setting back-to-back screens at the top, forcing the defense to navigate both — read which defender is late on the second screen and attack that opening. This is your play in a late-clock situation when you need to create something at the top of the key.
