Nash Drills: Side PNR Pivot Back — frame 1 diagram
1 cuts to the top; 2 cuts to the left low post; 1 passes to 2

Use this drill to sharpen the ball handler's footwork when the side pick-and-roll is denied or over-played. Your one passes to two who initiates the action, and the key rep is the pivot back — turning away from pressure to find the next pass rather than forcing the covered angle. Repeat it until your guards stop panicking when the first option closes.
