Use this drill to sharpen your players' movement patterns without the ball. The sequence sends cutters through the lane and to the free-throw line in rapid succession, building habits for timing and spacing in traffic. Defenders mirror the cuts so everyone develops both offensive reads and defensive footwork in the same rep.
