The Fourth Pass - Option 1 — frame 1 diagram
3 dribbles to the top; 3 cuts to the lane; 3 passes to 1; 5 screens near the lane; 5 cuts to the free-throw line

Run this option when your three has dribbled to the top and you want to reverse to one with a screen action from five freeing up the elbow. Five sets the screen, pops to the free-throw line, and you attack the defense that has been shifting laterally to chase the dribble. Call it when the defense is overcommitted to ball pressure and the free-throw line area opens up.
