Call 13 Down when you want to free a cutter on a down-screen and stress the defense with multiple bodies in the lane. You enter the ball to the wing, set a screen in the lane, then clear low while your big pops to the wing and another big seals the block. It gives you options at the wing, the block, and the corner all on the same action.
