Run 4 Man Flex when you want a continuous motion offense with only four players, keeping spacing tight and cuts purposeful. You cycle through corner-to-corner cuts, cross screens at the low post, and perimeter reversals so the defense never gets a rest — each pass triggers the next screen and cut. Call it against teams that switch or sag, because the staggered reads force them to guard the whole floor.
