Run Bearcat when you want to move the defense with guard cuts before turning the ball over to your second unit in a half-court set. Your guards slice through the paint to drag defenders while the ball reverses to a secondary ball handler, and the play finishes with a baseline feed to your four on the weak side. It's a good option when you need a change of pace and want to run your bigs through a series of deliberate reads.
