Call Box Pass to 4 Man Flex when you want to flow from a box alignment into a continuous flex action on both sides. You use ball reversal and back-screens to move defenders and free cutters through the lane, with the 4 man receiving and initiating the final flex cut. It is a multi-stage play that wears down switching defenses by making them work through three consecutive screens.
