Call this when you want to manufacture a catch-and-shoot three off a dribble handoff and screen series. You dribble-shift the defense with the ball handler before using the wing screen to free your shooter at the top off a handoff. The movement chains from the perimeter inward, so by the time the shot is available the help defense is a step late.
