Call Cyclone when you want to run a continuous motion that keeps all five defenders moving and creates layered cutting opportunities. You initiate with a skip to 3, trigger a series of screens and cuts that cycle every player through multiple spots, and look to attack whichever corner or block opens up as the rotation turns over. The play rewards patience — let the motion run until someone comes free.
