This drill is a screening-footwork circuit that gets all four perimeter defenders setting screens in coordinated positions — low post, free-throw line, basket, and opposite block — before the coach feeds the ball. Use it to build your defenders' awareness of how off-ball screens are set and timed so they can better fight through them in a game. Each rep ends with a live catch so players connect the screening action to a real decision.
