The Drop It Drill trains your players to read and react off live cutting and passing action at pace. Your offense cuts through the lane and to the wing while the defense sprints to match new spots, and the drill resets quickly through the perimeter to keep everyone moving. Use it to sharpen decision-making under transition-like pressure in a controlled drill setting.
