Fist/Gold — frame 2 diagram
1 passes to 3; 3 dribbles to the right low post; 1 cuts to the right perimeter
Fist/Gold — frame 3 diagram
3 passes to 1; 3 cuts to the basket
Fist/Gold — frame 4 diagram
4 screens near the lane; 3 cuts to the free-throw line; 1 cuts to the top; 5 cuts to the left low post; 2 cuts to the left wing

1 passes to X1; 1 cuts to the right perimeter; 1 cuts to the free-throw line; 1 passes to 2

Call Fist/Gold when you want to free your best shooter off a baseline screen with a high-to-low ball reversal. You swing the ball from 3 to 1, trigger the lane screen, move it to 2, and deliver to 5 as the action clears space below. The sequence creates a downhill read for your post player or a kick to 4 as the screener pops.
