Call this defense when you want to disrupt rhythm with back-to-back perimeter screens on the same side. You force the ball handler to navigate two consecutive screens near the right perimeter, then hit the open guard coming off the action. Run it multiple possessions and the defense won't know which hand-off is the real one.
