Call High Pick Backdoor when the defense is overplaying the wing and expecting a high screen action. You fake the standard high screen read and instead send the cutter backdoor through the lane for a layup before the defense can rotate. The misdirection works best when you've already shown the straight pick-and-roll earlier in the game.
