Run High Pick when you need your big to be a scoring threat after setting the screen, not just a screener. Your post sets the screen at the top, receives the pass, and reads a cutter to the low post — if the cutter isn't open, you still have a second screen in the lane opening up the top. It gives your big a real chance to score, not just help.
