Run One-Four out of the 1-4 high set when you need to attack a packed lane with multiple cutting options. Your four and five drop to the blocks, the ball goes to the low post, and the opposite big cuts baseline while a screen frees your point guard. The staggered movement puts pressure on both sides of the paint at once.
