Use this drill to train your big men and their defenders on boxing out and chasing misses in a controlled, multi-rep format. Players rotate through cutting, passing, and recovery sequences so everyone practices both offensive and defensive rebounding positions. Run it early in practice when you want your bigs competing physically before you go live.
