Thru Fist — frame 2 diagram
2 dribbles to the right wing; 2 cuts to the left wing; 2 passes to 4; 3 cuts to the right corner; 1 cuts to the left perimeter
Thru Fist — frame 3 diagram
4 screens near the left wing; 1 cuts to the left low post; 5 cuts to the free-throw line

Use Thru Fist when you want to combine a wing screen with a high-post cut to generate a mismatch or open mid-range look. Your 4 screens near the left wing to free a ball handler, while 5 relocates to the free-throw line as the release valve. You are putting your 5 in a decision-making spot at the elbow where they can score, pass down, or drive.
