Use Triangle Low Post to move the ball around the perimeter and isolate your big down low. After swinging from 1 to 2 to 5, you cut to the right block to occupy baseline help, then 5 reverses the ball through 2 to 4 and out to 3 — the ball movement clears traffic so 5 can seal and attack on the final entry.
